The current rate is $525 + Electricity which is adjusted monthly to match the PGE pkwh charge (typically around 12 cents), this is based on double occupancy. Additional guests over the age of 18 are $60 each per month. Rent includes Internet, water/sewer, garbage, seasonal pool/hot tub and use of park facilities (laundry/showers/recreation room/club house).

Additional fees include:
  • $20 application fee (per applicant over 18)
  • $150 security deposit due with the 1st month’s rent
The monthly reservation rate is offered to a guest staying a minimum of 30 days. The maximum length of stay is 24 months (rig must leave the premises for at least 48 hours to allow for pad cleaning and maintenance).
Your RV MUST be 15 years or newer to qualify for being a monthly guest at our park.
The park manager can make exceptions if your rig is very clean and completely rust free.

We do not have mail service:
• You may use the Dayton Post Office or the McMinnville UPS store.
• You may arrange for UPS / FedEx to deliver directly to your site.

Guest do not qualify for the monthly rate until the background & application has been processed. (Guests will be charged at the daily rate & refunded the difference upon approval, at which time the pro-rated monthly rate would apply.)
