The current rate is $725 + Electricity which is adjusted monthly to match the PGE per kWh charge (typically around 12 cents), this is based on double occupancy. Additional guests age 4 and older are $75 each per month. Rent includes Internet, water/sewer, garbage, seasonal pool, and use of laundry facilities.
Additional fees include:
- $20 application fee (per applicant over 18)
- $250 security deposit due with the 1st month’s rent
Fines will be charged for non-compliance with the written rules or policies including but not limited to:
- Failure to clean up personal garbage in or around the pad space or other areas of the property – $50
- Any parking/speeding violations – $50
- Pet policy violations – $50
- Sewer and water leaks not repaired within 24 hours – $50 in addition to repair/clean-up costs
- Watering lawns – $50 (unless permission has been granted by management)
- Damages to facilities – $50 in addition to repair costs
The monthly reservation rate is offered to a guest staying a minimum of 30 days. The maximum length of stay is 24 months (rig must leave the premises for at least 48 hours to allow for pad cleaning and maintenance).
Your RV must be 15 years or newer and be 25 Feet or longer to qualify as a tenant in our park. The park manager can make exceptions if your rig is very clean and completely rust-free with a full-size bathroom including a shower
We do not have USPS mail service:
- You may use the Dayton Post Office or the McMinnville UPS store.
- You may arrange for UPS / FedEx to deliver directly to your site.
New tenants do not qualify for the monthly rate until the background screening & application have been processed.
