All rates are based on double occupancy. A fee of $2.00 per day for each additional person over the age of 5 will be added to our daily rates.
An additional fee of $60.00 per month for each additional person over the age of 18 will be added to monthly rates.

(Our senior discount applies to guests age 60 or older.)

Tents are only permitted at the daily rental rates. A tent cannot reside within the same site as a Recreational Vehicle. Only 2 tents are permitted on a single site with a maximum of 4 persons per tent (Two people per space are included in the rental rates. For each additional person over the age of 5, rent is $2.00 per night.) Tents must be placed on the concrete pad in order to prevent damage to the grass. Tent stakes are not permitted in order to prevent damage to the irrigation system, no exceptions.

We will confirm reservations by contacting you via e-mail or telephone. Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will result in a one night charge at the standard rate.
